Signature Field

Deformity's Signature field supports drawing with a mouse or finger as well as typing your name. Choose the mode you prefer or allow both and let the user choose.

Signatures are uploaded as PNG images when the respondent submits. They are stored with the rest of the response data so you can download them later if needed.
