Rating Questions

Rating questions let people express how much they like something on a scale you define. You can choose from stars, hearts, or numbers. They're ideal for Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, product feedback, customer‑satisfaction checks, and other quick pulse measurements.

Set the maximum rating value in the builder. Stars and hearts default to 10, numbers can go from 0 up to 100, and thumbs use two options.
