Accessing the Insights Section
From your dashboard, open any Deformity and choose "Insights" from the left menu. This view shows how people interact with your form.
Overview of Available Metrics
The Overview and Conversation Metrics tabs highlight completion rate, average time to finish, and conversation trends so you can quickly gauge performance.
The Flow Funnel
The Flow Funnel gives you a clear picture of what percentage of respondents are making it to each question in your form.
Response Metrics
Analyze individual responses from each question of your survey. Depending on the question type, different charts will display the data to make it easier to understand.
Tips for Interpreting Charts & Exporting Data
Hover over any chart to see exact values. Use the export button in Conversations to download all responses as a CSV so you can dig deeper in your favorite spreadsheet tool.
