Export Your Responses to CSV
How to Export Your Conversation Data as a CSV
- Select Your Form
From your Deformity dashboard, click the form whose conversation data you’d like to export.
- Open the Conversations Tab
At the top of the form page, click the Conversations tab to view all respondent interactions and messages.
- Click the Export Icon
Just below the search bar on the right side, click the download (export) icon to generate your CSV file.
- Download and Open the CSV
Your browser will download a .csv file. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred spreadsheet application to view timestamps, respondent details, and message content.
Did you know?
Each exported CSV row includes a networkId column—a unique hash for each respondent. Use this ID to detect and filter duplicate submissions if needed.
