Phone Number Field

The Phone Number field includes a country selector and formats numbers automatically. It helps respondents enter a valid number no matter where they're located.

By default, the country selector uses the respondent’s browser settings to determine their location and preselect the appropriate country. If you prefer to set a specific country instead, you can override this behavior by choosing a default country manually.
