Legal Disclaimers
If your organization requires a privacy notice or other legal disclaimer, you can add it directly to the welcome screen in your form.
How to Add a Disclaimer
- Edit your form
Open the form in the builder.
- Navigate to Welcome Screen > Legal Disclosure
Paste your disclaimer text into the provided field.
- You now have a disclosure
Your disclaimer will automatically save and show up at the bottom of the screen or below the welcome text.
Tips for using the disclosure
Highlight any part of the disclaimer to add a link or to tweak formatting.
