Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") explain the rules for participating in the Deformity Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining or using a Deformity affiliate link, you agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- You must provide accurate account, tax, and payout information.
- We may reject or remove participants at any time for any reason.
Promotion Guidelines
You may promote Deformity using your unique affiliate link on your own websites, social channels, newsletters, videos, or other content you control, as long as your promotion is honest and compliant.
Coupon and discount promotions are not allowed.
You may not advertise, distribute, or offer coupons, voucher codes, rebates, or similar incentives for Deformity, including on coupon sites, deal forums, or cash-back platforms.
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law.
- Do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Deformity.
- Do not impersonate Deformity or represent yourself as an employee.
- Do not use Deformity trademarks in paid search ads without written approval.
Prohibited Activities
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any tracking manipulation.
- Incentivized traffic that offers rewards for signing up for Deformity.
- Using your own affiliate link to create or pay for your own account.
- Posting affiliate links on unauthorized coupon, cashback, or deal websites.
Commissions & Attribution
- Commissions are earned on qualifying paid subscriptions referred through your affiliate link.
- Commission rates and payout schedules are defined in the affiliate portal and may change.
- Referrals must be new, unique customers and comply with these Terms.
Payments
- Payments are made according to the schedule and thresholds in the affiliate portal.
- You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to payouts.
- We may withhold payouts for suspected fraud, violations, or chargebacks.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for policy violations, legal compliance, or business reasons. Upon termination, you must stop using and remove all Deformity affiliate links and promotional materials.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
