Manage Deformities
You can duplicate any form to make a quick copy or remove it entirely when it's no longer needed. Both actions are handled from the ... menu shown for each form in your dashboard.
Duplicating a Form
- Open the actions menu
Click the ... button next to the form you want to copy.
- Select Duplicate Form
This action creates a copy of your form as it was last published. The new form will appear in your dashboard, typically with "Copy" appended to its original name (e.g., "[Original Form Name] Copy").
Deleting a Form
- Open the actions menu
Use the same ... button to open options for the form you wish to remove.
- Choose Delete Form and confirm
You will be prompted with "You sure?" to confirm the deletion. Once confirmed, the form is permanently removed from your dashboard. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
