Is the converter free?+
Converting, previewing, and saving an AI or static form is free. Collecting responses follows the limits of your Deformity plan.
Do I need an account?+
Preview without an account. Choose Use this form when you’re ready to sign up or log in. Your preview stays with you through sign-in.
What comes across?+

Which link should I use?+
Use a full public share URL, such as https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/your-form/viewform. It must open without a password or sign-in. Google forms.gle short links are also supported. Editor links, custom domains, and restricted forms are not supported yet.
Will the original form change?+
No. This creates a separate, unpublished Deformity form. Only import forms you own or have permission to reuse. Existing responses and connected accounts remain with the original service.
Can I choose AI or static?+
Yes. Try the real Deformity form in either mode before signing up. Static mode follows your questions and logic; AI mode collects the information through a live conversation.
