How to Set Up Google Sheets with Deformity

  1. Create a Deformity

    Start by creating your Deformity form. This is where all your form responses will be collected.

  2. Access Integration Settings

    Once your form is created, navigate to Settings > Integrations within your Deformity dashboard.

  3. Connect to Google Sheets

    Click on the "Connect to Google Sheets" button to begin the integration process.

  4. Accept Google Permissions

    A Google permissions prompt will appear. Accept the requested permissions—Deformity only asks for the minimum access required so it can manage the files it creates.

  5. Automatic Sync and Customization

    That’s it! A new Google Sheet is automatically created and your responses will sync in real time. Feel free to move tabs around, rename them, and customize the sheet to suit your needs.
