Team Management
Deformity makes teamwork simple. The person who created the account is the Owner. Owners can invite Members to their teams.
Invitations are a Pro plan feature. Pro plans include a limited number of seats, and you can always buy extra seats as your team grows.
Sending Invites
- Open Team Settings
In the dashboard, go to Account > Team. Type your teammate’s email address, and then click Send Invite.
- Teammate receives an email
They’ll get an email with a button to join your team.
Invites expire automatically after a set time, normally several days. Each invite includes a time showing when it becomes invalid.
Accepting Invites
- Open the invitation email
Click the Join Team button.
- Sign in or create an account
After signing in, you’ll be added to the organization with the role Member.
Revoking Invites
Pending invites can be canceled at any time. In Team Settings, find the invitation under Pending Invites and click the Revoke button.
Managing Roles
Owner: The person who created the account. Owners have full control, including billing, and their role can’t be changed.
Member: Members have full read and write access to every workspace and form in your organization.
