How to Set Up Zapier with Deformity
- Choose the App and Trigger: In Zapier, select the "Webhooks by Zapier" app*. Choose "Catch Hook" as the trigger event to set up a webhook that will receive data from Deformity.
*To use Zapier webhooks, it does require that you are on Zapier's Pro plan or higher.
- Get Your Webhook URL: Zapier will generate a custom webhook URL. Copy this URL as you'll need it for the next step.
- Integrate with Deformity: Go to your Deformity settings (Inside of a specific Deformity go to "Settings" > "Integrations" > "Zapier") and paste the copied webhook URL into the appropriate field. Click "Save Zapier settings" to finalize the integration.
- Test the Integration: Fill out a form in Deformity to test the setup. Ensure you're not in preview mode so the data gets sent to Zapier. Check in Zapier to confirm that the data was received as expected.
Once the setup is complete, you’re ready to connect Deformity to over 7,000 apps with Zapier!
